The drill, Pick Your Poison was developed by Patrick McNamara. This drill uses the U.S. D.O.D. M9 target. The shooter will decide if this drill is going to be scored out of 150, 140 or 130 points. If 150 is chosen, then only hits in the 5 zone will count. If the shooter chooses 140, then only hits in the 5 zone and 4 zone will count. If 130 is chosen, then hits in the 5, 4, and 3 zone will all count. The first string of fire will be 10 shots freestyle at 25 yards. The second string of fire will be 10 shots dominant hand only at 15 yards. The last string of fire will be 10 shots support hand only at 10 yards.
