The Practical Carry 1 classroom is the basis for safe, responsible firearms ownership. While it centers around concealed carry, it is also a good resource for any armed citizen. Combined with Practical Carry 1.2 Range, this course qualifies each individual to apply for a Montana Concealed Weapons Permit. The classroom coursework is broken into three sections: Safety, Fundamentals and Responsibility. The curriculum includes firearms safety, equipment selection, and lethal force encounter aftermath. Montana and Federal firearms law will also be covered.
