The phone call drill is a simple drill with a fun printable target. The printout is the standard digital phone keypad, and you simply choose y the phone number you will be using (home, work, spouse, whatever), and shoot it from the draw. There are 3 stages to make it interesting:

Stage 1: Target is set at 5 yards. Shooter has no time limit. Any

misses are an immediate disqualification of the drill. The drill must be completed with 100% accuracy.

Stage 2: Target is set at 3 yards. Shooter will begin the drill from the

low-ready position. A range timer is needed. Shooter must complete

the drill in 15 seconds from the start signal. A miss will add one second to the final time. More than two misses are a disqualification.

Stage 3: Target is set at 3 yards. Shooter must draw from concealment or LEO duty holster. Another person will fill the shooter’s first magazine with no more than 7 rounds. On the start signal from the range timer, the shooter will draw and fire until they

run empty. The shooter will conduct an emergency reload and then complete the drill. Shooter must complete the drill in under 20 seconds. A miss will add one second to the final time. More than two misses are a disqualification.
