Book Review: The Dry Fire Primer by Annette Evans

Annette Evans is a successful industry influencer, instructor and competitor, who has taken on the mantle of helping people improve through social media.

Her book, The Dry Fire Primer, is a wonderful template for how to get practice even when you cannot get to the range. She covers safety and good training tools to add, but she also gets into how to structure your dry fire practice For maximum benefit.

Here is the takeaway: you can do dry fire safely, for free, and get all of the benefit of live fire minus recoil control. And you don't have to dedicate hours a day to dry fire; you can see benefits in as little as 10 minutes a few times a week. It is of great benefit to safely handle your gun on a frequent basis, and we should all try to practice more.
