Chuck Haggard is a long time law enforcement officer in Kansas. His experiences ranges from patrol to SWAT, from undercover to leadership. As he has aged and retired, he continues to come back and find more work to do in the cop world.

One of the best things about Haggard is that he has not kept his knowledge only in the police realm. Some trainers will only train other cops or military, but Chuck seems to believe that this information should be available to responsible armed citizens as well. His training company, Agile Consulting, does most of is work in Kansas, but does a bit of traveling. He even offers a citizen available pepper spray instructor course so even more people can disseminate good information a bout pepper spray and other non/less lethal products.

I encountered Mr. Haggard at Tac Con some years back when he was teaching a class on pocket pistols. It was obvious that he is passionate about sharing information, and he has developed a great program for the specifics of the small pistol. When I say specific, I mean that he even created an alternate way to reload the gun that is far more efficient with the pocket pistol than the traditional technique. His qualification course was developed around the Georgia LEO off duty/backup gun qualification, and was quite appropriate for the skills needed with a pocket gun.

All in all, Chuck Haggard experience is invaluable to the industry and I highly recommend listening to him on Primary and Secondary, following his business Agile Consulting on Facebook, and taking a class from him if you find yourself in Kansas.
